Reference librarians are generally available to chat during regular reference hours. For Fall 2012, these hours are:
Monday - Thursday: 9:30 - 7
Friday: 9:30 - 4
During these hours, the librarian may be away from the computer or otherwise unable to respond immediately, but will get back to you as soon as possible.

Welcome to the Western New England University School of Law Libray Chat Reference Service! Please remember that we cannot give legal advice.
We may ask if you are a law student, a student from another part of the University, or from outside of the University community. We do this to help us point you to the right resources, as some Law Library resources are, by contract with our vendors, only available to our students.
